About this calculator

A full scientific keypad for trigonometry, logarithms, powers, roots, factorials, and memory storage, built the way you'd type an expression on a real calculator.

Type out a full expression — including parentheses and functions — before pressing "=" to evaluate it, so operator precedence (powers before multiplication, multiplication before addition) is handled automatically. Switch between Degree and Radian mode before using any trigonometric function; results won't match if the wrong mode is selected. The memory keys (M+, M−, MR) let you store a running total separate from the main display and recall it into any expression.

How to use

  1. Choose Deg or Rad depending on whether your angles are in degrees or radians.
  2. Tap number and operator keys to build an expression, using function keys (sin, log, √x, etc.) which insert an open parenthesis for you to complete.
  3. Use x², x³, xʸ, eˣ, and 10ˣ for powers, and ʸ√x, ∛x, √x for roots.
  4. Press "=" to evaluate the full expression — the result becomes "Ans" for use in your next calculation.
  5. Use M+/M− to add to or subtract from memory, and MR to recall the stored value.

Tips

  • Unclosed parentheses are closed automatically when you press "=", so you don't need to add a matching ")" for every function.
